3. Community Conduct
All members are expected to behave respectfully both online and at Sync events.
You agree not to:
Harass, bully or intimidate others
Post discriminatory, hateful or abusive content
Spam members or send unsolicited sales messages
Use Sync primarily for aggressive selling or lead scraping
Promote illegal, fraudulent or misleading services
Use Sync as a dating platform
Impersonate another person or business
Upload malicious software, spam or harmful content
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the community and platform.
4. Direct Messages & Networking
Sync encourages genuine conversation and relationship-building. Members may contact one another through the platform, but unsolicited sales pitches, spam messaging, harassment or inappropriate behaviour are prohibited.
If a member asks you not to contact them, you must respect that request.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Sync. However, by posting content, you grant Sync a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and share that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform, community and events.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
6. Events & In-Person Experiences
By attending a Sync event, you agree to:
Behave respectfully toward attendees, staff and venues
Follow venue rules and applicable laws
Drink responsibly
Avoid harassment, intimidation or inappropriate conduct
Anyone behaving inappropriately, aggressively or unsafely may be removed from an event without refund.
Sync is not responsible for:
Personal belongings
Third-party venues
Interactions between members
Travel or accommodation arrangements
Some events may be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photography or video content unless you notify staff otherwise.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove posts or comments
Restrict platform access
Refuse future membership applications
This may occur where a member:
Breaches these Terms
Breaches the Community Guidelines
Creates risk, harm or disruption to the community
Engages in behaviour that negatively impacts the Sync experience
Our moderation decisions are final.
8. Intellectual Property
The Sync brand, logo, content, design, graphics, community concepts and platform materials are owned by Sync unless otherwise stated.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Sync content without written permission.
9. Privacy & Data
By using Sync, you acknowledge that certain personal information may be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This may include:
Account information
Profile details
Messages and activity
Event registrations
Payment information
We aim to handle data responsibly and securely.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
