We want people to join Sync because they genuinely want to be part of the community.
Due to the nature of digital memberships, community access and event planning, all membership payments are generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.
This includes:
Monthly memberships
Quarterly memberships
Annual memberships
Digital products or downloadable resources
Event tickets (unless otherwise stated)
You may cancel your membership at any time, however your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period and no further payments will be taken after cancellation.
In certain situations, we may offer refunds at our discretion, including:
Duplicate payments
Accidental charges
Technical issues preventing access
Exceptional circumstances reviewed by our team
If a Sync event is cancelled by us, affected ticket holders will either receive a full refund or be offered the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we believe the policy is being abused.
